Online bathroom retailer Victorian Plumbing has launched a TV ad campaign, which introduces two warehouse driver characters who tell the story of its Green Button, and runs until January 2019.

The advertising campaign will have several variations of the story, particularly revolving around the Christmas period.

It aired during the Great British Bake Off Semi final, as well as around Coronation Street and Gogglebox.

Victorian Plumbing has already sponsored Friends on Comedy Central to target first time home buyers and young homeowners, as well as Channel 4’s Place in the Sun, earlier this year.

Senior marketing manager of Victorian Plumbing Joe Pascoe commented: “Brand awareness of Victorian Plumbing is at its highest ever – all thanks to the team’s creative thinking and willingness to test, experiment and explore new channels and opportunities to reach a new audience. We’re already working on our next big project, and we’ll be launching some exciting partnerships in the coming weeks.”

He continued: “The advert signals an end to the company’s previous Flying Vans TV ads, although one of them does make a small appearance in one of the new ads and who knows what may come in the near future.”
